Attachments typically come after the closing greetings in an email. It is common practice to include any attachments, such as documents or files, after the main body of the email and before the sender's signature. This ensures that the recipient sees the attachment immediately after reading the email content. Placing the attachment after the closing greetings helps to maintain a clear and organized email structure. **

After closing on a property, a block refers to a period of time during which the property cannot be sold to another buyer. Once the block period expires and all conditions are met, the property officially changes ownership to the buyer. **

The term "soft" is used to differentiate them from "hard" drinks, which do contain alcohol. Soft drinks are also carbonated, giving them a fizzy or bubbly texture, which adds to their distinction from other types of beverages. **

Packages typically do not arrive after a business's closing hours, as most delivery services operate within standard business hours. If a package is scheduled for delivery on a specific day, it is more likely to arrive during the business's operating hours. However, some delivery services may offer extended delivery windows or after-hours delivery for an additional fee. It is always best to check with the specific delivery service or retailer for more information on their delivery policies. **
