The carnival celebration is going wrong because the main attraction, the parade, has been canceled due to bad weather. This has disappointed both the participants and the spectators who were looking forward to the colorful and lively event. Additionally, there may be other logistical issues or unexpected problems that have arisen, causing the overall atmosphere of the carnival to be less festive and enjoyable. **

Some funny pranks for carnival could include filling a confetti popper with glitter instead of confetti, putting a whoopee cushion on someone's seat, or placing a fake bug or spider in a friend's drink. Another idea could be to swap out the filling of a donut with mayonnaise or mustard and offer it to a friend. Just be sure to keep the pranks light-hearted and harmless! **

For Carnival, I would recommend classic comedy movies such as "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" for its absurd humor and quotable lines. "The Hangover" is another great choice for its wild and outrageous antics that are perfect for a festive atmosphere. Additionally, "Bridesmaids" is a hilarious and heartwarming film that would be a great choice for a Carnival movie night. **

Some funny carnival costumes for men include dressing up as a giant baby complete with a diaper and pacifier, a hilarious inflatable sumo wrestler outfit, a goofy superhero costume with a cape and tights, or a comical animal onesie like a chicken or a unicorn. Another popular option is to go as a classic clown with oversized shoes, a colorful wig, and a red nose. These costumes are sure to bring laughter and fun to any carnival celebration. **

The choice between a funny or cool carnival costume ultimately depends on personal preference and the theme of the event. Funny costumes can bring laughter and joy to the festivities, while cool costumes can make a bold and stylish statement. It's important to consider the atmosphere of the carnival and what type of impression you want to make. Ultimately, the most important thing is to choose a costume that makes you feel confident and happy. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences or celebrate holidays. However, Carnival is a popular and vibrant festival celebrated in many countries around the world, known for its colorful parades, music, dancing, and elaborate costumes. It is a time for people to come together and enjoy festivities before the start of Lent. Many people enjoy the lively and festive atmosphere of Carnival and look forward to celebrating it each year. **

Yes, you can charge money for a carnival birthday party. Many people choose to charge an admission fee or ticket price to cover the costs of organizing the event, such as renting carnival games and attractions, providing food and drinks, and hiring entertainment. Charging a fee can also help ensure that guests are committed to attending and can help manage the number of attendees. However, it's important to consider the expectations of your guests and the value they will receive in exchange for the admission fee. **
